Rates

  • Discount: 10% discount for direct bookings with discount code: 10DIRECT
  • Extra guest fee, after 2 guests:
    • Adults: +30€/night
    • Children (<12yrs) : +15€/night
    • Infants/Toddlers (<3yrs): Free of charge
  • Rate varies due to high/low seasons and holiday periods, please contact us for more information

TErms & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • The minimum rental period is 3 nights
  • Full payment for reservation is required
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refund: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date
    • Partial Refund (50%): If the cancellation is made 30 or more days before check-in, but not within the initial 48 hours after booking, 50% of the total nightly rate will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable
    • No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount for the stay is non-refundable
    • Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date the email is received will determine refund eligibility
    • Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures after check-in.
  • Damage Deposit: A €250 damage deposit is required. This will be collected in cash upon arrival and refunded on the last day of the stay, provided no damage or deductions apply
  • Utilities (Electricity): Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged based on consumption. Please use air-conditioning and lighting responsibly. Charges will be deducted from the deposit and settled on the last day of your stay with the host, on site
  • A cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged per stay
  • House Rules:
    • No events or large parties are allowed on the premises
  • Travel Insurance: We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to travel plans
  • Cleaning or Cooking Services: Available on request, Monday to Friday, for up to 3 hours per day.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance and to rent a car for easier access to the villa (e.g. with Asha & Adi: macondeecar@yahoo.com, very reliable!)
